I'm sure a Bengals fan loved each and every minute of this, but it's the truth that Cody Kessler was a real thing in 2016, and he was a real thing on the awful Cleveland Browns offensive roster. His sk%+ of 70 needed serious work, but he had the arm he needed to be a real player in the league. Who knows if he was ever going to make the necessary improvements or not, but it's just a shame he never got the real chance to try, due to a combo of Cleveland ineptitude and bad luck with the head injuries.
